As I sit here and listen to my neighbor mow their grass (thanks to my husband, who mowed ours yesterday!) I’m reminded once again that warmer weather is SO CLOSE! Do you know how excited I am? Do you??? I decided to reminisce and post some images from a beautiful, sunny day.

These were all taken in August of last year at my Grandma Blanche’s. Makes me wish I could go back and recapture all my childhood memories of my visits to Grandma and Grandpa’s.

It’s days like this that make me realize warmth is so close, yet so far away. I can’t wait for the summer to get here so I can try (yet again) to cultivate some underwater photography skills. Please, summer… hurry.

These are shots of my bestfriend Kyra in good old Lake Lanier last summer. Got to love that murky lake water.
